Project Overview:
Taleo had annual conferences and sales kickoff that required experiential design. In simple terms, TaleoWorld was a large event (almost 3,000 atendees) where Taleo brought together customers, partners, and industry experts to:
- Share product updates and roadmaps
 - Offer training and hands-on sessions
 - Let users network and learn from each other
 - Showcase best practices and success stories
 
Likewise the sales kickoff was a smaller scale event (over 1,000 attendees) that helped align and train the sales, services, and marketing teams
Results:
- Almost 3,000 attendees for Taleo World and over 1,000 ateendees for the sales kickoffs.
 - Pipeline increase of at least 40% YoY.
 - 100% satisfaction.
 
Objectives:
- Create the overall brand and the user experience for the events. Ensure it would resonate with the customers and prospects.
 - Create templates for the multi-channel deriverables.
 
Scope of Work:
- Create the overall brand of the events.
 - Project manage the deliverables.
 - Create scalable templates to be used across the board, including signs, badges, PPT templates, etc.
 - Design all the keynote presentations for the event.
 - Review and approve the stage design and partner with them on the execution of keynote deliverables (videos and PPT).
 - Create the first mobile app for Taleo.
